An Introduction to Mindfulness: The Power of the Mind by Sydney Kay Barnwell.

Before we begin our mental wellness journey of the 21 Day Meditation & Manifestation Challenge,or any journey to self-awareness, it is important we come to a common understanding of the power of the human mind.

For starters, we can all agree that the mind is an omnipotent source of all of life’s greatest ideas, innovations, creations, and experiences. But have we ever truly stopped to think about the behind-the-scenes processes of what’s exactly going on in these magnificent brains of ours?

let’s break it down…

Whether one chooses to view the human mind from a spiritual, religious, or even an agnostic lens, one cannot deny its magnitude. When it comes to assessing the power of the mind, even science confirms how the role of energy has direct influence on our mental and physical realities.

Scientifically speaking, all things that exist, both physical and nonphysical (like our thoughts), are composed of different atoms or matter. These atoms or matter, emit a given vibrational or energy frequency. This means that all things created in this universe; people, animals, thoughts, or things, when we break it down, are all beings composed of different atoms, or in other words; different energies or frequencies, each put together to manifest or create the world as we know it.

It is truly impeccable to reflect on how everything we see or encounter in this world can be viewed as just a varying composition of atoms, matter, vibrations, or frequencies.

Have you ever heard the term, “We’re all vibrational beings?” This is exactly what that phrase refers to: The idea that all things that exist in this universe are composed of and emit a series of vibrations/frequencies.

The goal of the 21 Day Meditation & Manifestation Challenge is to remind participants that we are all vibrational beings, and that we can use this knowledge to manifest our desired realities. By consciously managing our own energy or vibrational frequency through meditation, we gain direct influence on our present dispositions and desired outcomes. We are able to realize how our vibrational frequency can manifest almost any thought, thing, idea, or creation that aligns with the energy we choose to adopt.

Why is this important?

Why is this important? Because understanding these principles allows us to see the world through a more mindful and intentional perspective. If we understand that every thought we think has a vibration, we can then recognize how the power (or vibration) of our thoughts can have a direct influence on what we manifest into our life outcomes.

Thus, it is essential to maintain the state of mind that posits every thought we think and every word we say as a powerful life intention.

In simpler terms: Since vibrations are what allows things to manifest or come to be, if we attempt to control our thoughts (our vibrations), we can then become in control of our perspective, emotions, and actions in order to align with our desired outcomes.

The goal of the 21 Day Meditation & Manifestation Challenge is to use meditation as a tool to recognize ourselves as active manifesters and to begin to consciously direct our energy towards creating the life we want to live.
